Chungi, White Powder Bamboo,
Chungi is a highly ornamental plant; a traditional ornamental bamboo. The new shoots and young culms are heavily covered in white powder, giving them a bluish appearance, and it has an attractive upright form. A vigorous growing and hardy bamboo, it can withstand frost, cold wind and dry winters. The culms are thin-walled and the 8-10 metre clump is fairly open. Home Contact Us
